Sources for your PIN and Password

1. Your pastor, church secretary, or presbytery office can help you find your PIN.
2. You can call Relationship and Development Operations Customer Service (formerly PresbyTel), the denomination's information service, toll-free at (800) 872-3283 to get your PIN (Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time).
3. Your congregation's PIN may be printed at the top of the paper copy of the Clerk's Annual Questionnaire, if you received one from your presbytery.
4. Your password can be reset by contacting the PC(USA) IT Help Desk at 1-800-728-7228 ext. 5177.
